The Dr. Awasum and Dr.Asst Flores are great in person. The office or ? Is another problem I've been waiting since Feb 28th when I called the office after a Colonosoply and Upper EGD to get a test sent to me. When I talked to Dr.Asst Flores on 2/9 about my results I also mention about the test. She said she would get it out. Prior to thst the office bugged me for 4 days asking about a referral to be sent which I had asked my PCP to do why are we as patients having to do so much of the office staffs job. Yet when I call about the test I hear nothing and as of this date nothing. This alone can give you Sress to cause a Ulcer etc. Having to fight so much lately with office stuff. 5 stars to Dr Awasam & Asst Flores their personal interaction but somewhere else the ball or office staff 2 Stars. Great office so other parts of these Dr's office need to step up. Have given referral to this office as I went off a referral of another.
